Zumba - Only the most fun latin fusion, booty shakin', loud party music playin' group fun ever! Merengue, salsa or cha cha your way to FIT! All levels welcome! Ditch the workout, join the Party!
Zumba Gold - This program is designed to be a little easier than Zumba basic but by no means less fun. The program has been carefully designed so that it is easy to follow by anyone or everyone of any age, size or physical ability.
Zumba Plus Sculpting - A smidge more intensive, but thats why were here, right? Some Zumba plus some weight training. C'mon, you know you want to!

Dance It Out - It is a total body, high energy, cardio dance workout that is infused with 20 plus styles of dance including Hip Hop, Bollywood, Line Dancing, Ballroom, Disco, 80’s, Broadway, African, Russian, Irish, Hula, and so much more. Yoga - Find your inner zen and peace. Allow the mind and body to connect while studying the healing practice of Yoga.
Vinyasa Yoga - This style allows for a lot of variety, but will almost certainly include sun salutations. Expect movement, not just stretching. This style is also referred to as "Flow Yoga", moving more quickly through poses than traditional yoga.
Zen Yoga - A restorative class that is usually very relaxing and is a good complement to more active practices. You will use props (provided for you) and the lights may be dimmed. After you are set up in a pose with all your props, you will hold the pose for an extended period. Although you are supported, you will definitely still feel the stretch. It's a relaxing style of practice that leaves you feeling open and refreshed.
Group Strength Training - Sound Off! You know you are more motivated with a team. A full body workout! May incorporate weights, mats, physioballs, or bars.
Cardio Kickbox - Need to punch something? Channel that energy into an intense cardio workout that fuses great music with kickboxing moves! You don't need any experience, just jump right in!!
Mat Pilates - Mat pilates is done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat, which employs controlled breathing during body weight resisted movement to build core strength.
*30/30/30 - A CityFIT classic! 30 minutes of strength training, 30 minutes of cardio (maybe Zumba, Kickbox, intervals or a combo of all; anything goes!) and 30 minutes of stretching! Get all 3 fitness components checked of in one 90 minute class. *you are welcome to attend any piece of this class and are not obligated to stay for the entire time.
Personal Training - One on one training with a member of our staff. Each session is 30 minutes. Cost is $35 per session.
Small Group Personal Training - Prefer to have a buddy? We can do that too! Call or email for pricing.
Our group classes are offered throughout the day. Come on in after you drop off the kids at school, or before you start dinner! Find your spot! Only $40 per month for unlimited classes. $10.00 for one class or $60.00 for 10 classes (10 classes need to be used within 90 days and may not be shared). Personal training is $35 per 30 minutes..
